Caroline Faifman, M.S., LMHC, MCAP, Certified Adlerian Psychotherapist
Caroline is the founder and owner of The Bay Counseling Group. She has a masters degree in applied psychology from Lynn University. She is a masters level addiction counselor and certified Adlerian psychotherapist. She also studied English and Philosophy at The University of Colorado, Boulder. She is trained and certified in Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Caroline is also a certified holistic health coach and Kripalu yoga instructor. She has been in the mental health and wellness field for the last 20 years beginning as a yoga and mindfulness instructor. She specializes in helping teens and adults navigate and heal from issues like perfectionism, anxiety, OCD, addiction, and eating disorders. Caroline is a published author of the book “Living Well With Perfectionism: An Adlerian Journey To Self-Acceptance”. Most importantly, she is a wife and mom to 4 children. Monica Obesso Stanton, M.Ed, Ed.S, RMHCI
Monica Obesso Stanton is a Mental Health Counselor Intern, who has worked as a compassionate and dedicated School Counselor for 13 years. She specializes in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, divorce, low self-esteem, relationships, and other life changes. With a deep commitment to providing a supportive and nonjudgmental space, Monica works with children, adolescents, and adults alike to address life’s challenges with understanding and empathy. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Monica uses evidence-based techniques to empower clients to gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust and active listening, Monica helps clients build resilience, develop coping strategies, and work toward emotional well-being. Whether you or your child are struggling with the stress of daily life, navigating the complexities of a major life transition, or seeking ways to ease your anxiety , Monica is here to help guide you toward a path of healing and personal growth. Michelle White, M.Ed, M.S., RMHCI
Michelle White has a bachelors degree in elementary education, a masters of education in school counseling and a masters of mental health counseling. She is a registered mental health counselor intern, and has served different school communities as a certified school counselor for the past several years. Michelle started off her career as a teacher, but quickly saw her focus shift to the barriers which hinder individual learning. She specializes in executive functioning training for children and adults struggling with ADHD as well as assisting parents after receiving a special-needs diagnosis. Michelle also has a passion working with young adults who feel stuck or overwhelmed as they transition into adulthood. She is also a wife and mom to 4 children.
